This Content Submission Policy governs all content submitted to News Toast by users, contributors, partners, publishers, advertisers, and other third parties. By submitting content to News Toast, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ownership of Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to News Toast. However, by submitting content, you grant News Toast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display, publish, reproduce, and distribute the content
Modify formatting for publication purposes
Promote the content through News Toast services

Submitted content must:

Comply with applicable laws
Not infringe intellectual property rights
Not contain malicious software or harmful code

4. Editorial Review

News Toast reserves the right to review, edit formatting, reject submissions, remove content at any time, and request supporting evidence or verification. Acceptance of content is solely at the discretion of News Toast.

5. Fact Verification

Contributors may be required to provide sources, supporting documentation, attribution details, and evidence supporting factual claims. Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection or removal.

6. User Responsibility

Content submitters are solely responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, compliance with laws and regulations, obtaining required permissions and licences, and respecting intellectual property rights.

7. No Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content submissions are voluntary and unpaid. Submission does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with News Toast.

8. Removal Requests

Content creators may request review of published submissions by contacting content@newstoast.news. News Toast reserves final editorial discretion regarding content retention and removal.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless News Toast, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from claims arising from submitted content, including claims related to copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violations, regulatory violations, and misrepresentation.

10. Policy Changes

News Toast may update this Content Submission Policy at any time. Continued submission of content after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
